First Sunday Worship
Every first Sunday of the month, we gather somewhere for worship. We do this for a number of hopeful reasons: to break us out of the chapel ("church building") to worship together somewhere else as a reminder that the church is not static nor stationary, but active by God's Spirit through people. We also hope that being in different locations might serve as a welcoming space for those who might otherwise be intimidated or challenged by traditional church building (our chapel, while we love it, is about as traditional as it can get). It's also just fun to be in different venues and to support and bring awareness to other organizations.
If you have an idea or question for our First Sunday Worship gatherings, reach out to Sarah Troxler.
